ITS ORIGIN
Unica’s KuBulalohan is a family business. The name “Unica’s” came from the only daughter of the family, who is eventually the registered proprietor of the Eatery. The word “KuBulalohan” is a combination of two words, which are Kubo (Nipa Hut) and Bulalohan (Beef Marrow Stew). The main idea of it is to enjoy eating Bulalo in a Kubo Style Restaurant with Province-Type vibes. It all started in 2018 when our family’s vision for a new business was about food. We started from scratch, an unknown Eatery that grew positively over consecutive years.
